How this information will be used

NableU will use your information to assess and contact potential stakeholders, advisers, testers, employees, contractors, partners and collaborators. Submitted registrations are stored in NableU’s private stakeholder datastore. People who opt into the early-user register may later have these details imported into NableU’s controlled testing environment. Committee notification email contains only contact details and a high-level summary; free-text and access information remain in the encrypted datastore. We will not ask for your NDIS number or require diagnosis details through this form.

Form answers are encrypted before being stored in NableU’s private server directory, which sits outside the public website. Answers are not written to browser local storage. This tab keeps only a temporary draft token; a private return link can reopen the encrypted draft for up to 30 days.

NableU uses self-hosted, cookieless Matomo analytics to count visits and understand broad form progress. Names, email addresses, answers, accessibility information, draft tokens and submission references are never sent to analytics.
