NableU for support workers and providers
NDIS support worker opportunities built around fit
See how NDIS support workers and providers would discover participant-posted opportunities, answer real briefs, manage sessions and keep evidence clear.
What support workers can do
- Build a profile around skills, support style, interests, availability and relevant checks.
- See participant-posted support requests that fit location, skills, interests, preferences and availability.
- Answer each part of a participant's brief instead of sending a generic application.
- Keep participant relationships, messages and upcoming sessions together.
- Record completed hours and follow prototype invoice states without pretending NableU has processed a payment or NDIA claim.
- See readiness, evidence review and expiry tasks before they become an avoidable problem.
How the experience should feel
The worker Dashboard prioritises active responses, participant relationships, checks due, sessions, messages and invoice progress. Participant details present the practical information needed for good support, including timing flexibility, communication preferences, support needs and only the My Manual fields explicitly shared with that worker.
Support jobs and participant employment opportunities stay separate. Response prompts mirror the participant's actual questions, with feedback directly beneath each answer and an optional review before submission.
Trust and professional boundaries
Verification evidence, policies and qualifications are detailed behind the scenes while participants receive a clear trust summary. NableU does not turn a badge into an unexplained guarantee. Concerns, failed support outcomes, incomplete checks and positive feedback affect context and visibility through auditable rules.
Independent workers, sole traders and organisations need different evidence, but the participant-facing promise stays the same: useful clarity about who will provide the support and whether the relationship is likely to fit.
A typical flow
- Complete the profile and readiness evidence relevant to the support offered.
- Review suitable participant-posted requests.
- Answer the person's brief and check the response before sending it.
- Message, arrange the relationship and confirm upcoming support.
- Record completed hours and follow review or invoice progress.
Current stage
The role workspace is a prototype. Persistent verification, authorised evidence review, real calendar connections, invoicing delivery and payment or claim integrations are not yet production services.
